FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
It depends on the package. I have a Bronze (20 images), Silver (30 images) and Gold package (full gallery)
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 50% of the session is due at the time of booking and the balance is due the day before the scheduled shoot date.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Traditionally, if you want that sleepy, newborn look then it's best to get them done within 5-14 days of delivery. However, you can still have photos when baby is a little bit older and they are more awake and more aware. Ultimately, the best time is when you are ready.
How long will it take to recieve my gallery?
7-14 days after the shoot.
How long are the sessions?
Maternity and family are about 1 hour and newborn are 1-3 hours.
Can I reschedule if my child is sick?
Absolutely, it's important that we get your baby or child is at their best in order to capture happy and joyful images. I am happy to offer one re-schedule free of charge due to illness. Please note that further re-schedules are subject to a re-booking fee (50% of the original session fee)
How should we dress for our family session?
A little coordination can really pull everything together, but there's no need to go overboard with matching outfits. I suggest picking one color to carry through, but mix it up with different styles and shades. Think about the location, too—do you want to blend in with the background or pop against it? For beach shoots, soft whites and blues are lovely and complement the scenery, but a bold splash of fuchsia or scarlet can add some fun and drama. If you’re in a park with lots of greens, soft beiges and blues fit perfectly. Just keep in mind—if everyone’s dressed in green, you might blend in a little too much with the surroundings! The most important thing however, is that you feel comfortable.
Do you provide raw files?
I do not share or sell the RAW images from your session. These unedited files don’t reflect the finished work I deliver, as they are incomplete. Instead, I’m excited to show you the best part of our work together—your beautifully edited final images.
